Mur de Péguère is short and nasty, also known as the Col de Péguère, the summit is at 1375 metres, between the communities of Massat (south) and Sentenac-de-Sérou (north). It has been crossed once by Le Tour de France on Stage 14 in 2012, from Massat. The leader over the summit was French rider, Sandy Casar,.The stage was marred when tacks were thrown onto the road at the summit of the climb, causing as many as thirty riders to puncture.
From Massat it is 9.8km @ 7.4%. The last 3.6 km average 12% with a max of 18% on a very narrow road.
